A Dreamer’s Advent Calendar

December 6, 2025

It’s the feast of St. Nicholas. St. Nicholas was born in 270 CE. His kindness and generosity, especially toward the marginalized of his time, is legendary and is behind the attributes that we associate with Santa Claus. Random acts of kindness are acts of hope. When something good happens “just because” it reminds us that there are good people in the world, who want to make a difference.   Something as simple as a friendly smile.  That makes us feel hopeful.

“What can I do today, that would be a nice surprise for someone?”

Something to think about.
