Facility Rental Information

When Eden United Church made the decision to build a new church in Meadowvale, they also made a commitment that the building would be designed to meet the needs of the community.

Meadowvale is an active community with special interest groups, support groups, guiding and scouting, sports groups, choral, instrumental and theatrical groups. Many require facilities, places to rehearse or places to conduct conferences, information sessions or seminars. Eden United Church is able to provide some of that needed space.

Eden offers a range of facilities for a variety of purposes:

• community meetings
• blood donor clinics
• weddings and rehearsals (NOT receptions)
• conferences and seminars
• child care
• choral/instrumental/theatrical concerts and recitals

Space can be made available for one-time activities, such as weddings, community interest or other meetings, or for on-going activities, like service clubs, youth organizations and support groups.

There are a number of factors that make Eden an ideal meeting place:

• excellent location
• ample parking
• fully air-conditioned
• high ceilings in many of the available rooms; skylights or windows in every room
• audio-visual and public address equipment
• facilities for meal preparation or catering
• rooms and combination of rooms to suit almost any size group
• excellent acoustics in Sanctuary
