Eden
Community Food
Bank
Is inviting you to team up to tackle hunger in
their Sixth Annual "Souper Bowl Sunday" event
on Sunday, February 5th, 2012. On the same day that many of us will
consume too much food and spend so much money on the NFL Super Bowl, the
food bank is asking people to think of those less fortunate in our
community. Please bring food items (one with a toonie taped to it) to
church with you on Sunday, February 5th for Eden
Community Food Bank.
Help
is needed and it makes a difference! Every 20 lbs of food collected will
help to provide emergency food relief for one person for seven to ten
days. Every $10 donation will help the food bank acquire up to $100
worth of food for hungry
families in our community.
For
more information on ECFB’s Souper Bowl Sunday, please visit www.edenfoodbank.org or
contact Maureen at 905-785-3651x5 or maureen@edenfoodbank.org.
