Eden United Church

“Followers of Jesus Christ, building a faith community that is welcoming, safe, inclusive and respectful of all persons.”

Located in the heart of Meadowvale, in Mississauga Ontario. Eden was formed by Methodist Irish settlers in 1824. Eden continues to carry this rich heritage forward in today's world by sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ in worship, study, fellowship and community service.

Eden is part of the United Church of Canada, which is the largest Protestant denomination in Canada. Ours is a rich history closely linked to the development of Canada. The United Church was formed in 1925 when the Methodists, Congregational Union and 70% of the Presbyterian Churches in Canada united.

 

We believe God welcomes all people of whatever age, race, religious background or sexual orientation.
